Hi, I am Pat Leonard, Broker/Owner of Leonard Real Estate. I have been selling real estate in the Sauk Valley area for 24 years. I opened Leonard Real Estate 8 years ago with the goal in mind to offer our customers and clients a locally owned full time independent office that specializes in PERSONAL SERVICE! I continually strive to keep achieving that goal. I specialize in Residential, Multi-Family and Commercial Real Estate. My favorite part & ultimate goal in selling real estate is the satisfaction I feel knowing my clients are extremely happy with my results in fulfilling their real estate needs and have the utmost respect for me as their agent because of my care & handling of all parts of the transaction, knowing that I follow through on all aspects in their behalf to reach a satisfactory completion. More important is their referrals to their family and friends to CALL PAT. I am a member of the Sauk Valley Association of Realtors & the MLS I am a member of the National Association of Realtors I am a member of the Illinois Association of Realtors I have been active in Rock Falls Chamber of Commerce I belong to the Immanuel Lutheran Church I have served on committees for the Sauk Valley Association of Realtors I worked on the CGH Health Foundation I was treasurer for 3 years for Rock Falls Days Association
